Wembley FAQs

Please see below ticket FAQs for the Addicks visit to Wembley next weekend for the Sky Bet League One play-off final.

When do tickets for the play off final go on sale?

Tickets will be available from 1pm on Saturday, May 17th. They will be released in priority order, as outlined below.

Can all Charlton supporters buy play-off final tickets as soon as they go on sale?

A supporter can purchase a maximum of four tickets for the final, with ticket purchasing phased as per the below:

Phase 1 - Saturday, May 17th @ 1pm: Supporters with 750 loyalty points can purchase a maximum of four tickets.

Phase 2 - Saturday, May 17th @ 3pm: 2024/25 and 2025/26 season-ticket holders can purchase a maximum of four tickets.

Phase 3 - Sunday, May 18th @ 2pm: Valley Gold members* can purchase a maximum of four tickets.

Phase 4 - Monday, May 19th @ 2pm: Supporters with 150 loyalty points can purchase a maximum of four tickets.

Phase 5 - Tuesday, May 20th @ 2pm: Any members on the club's ticketing database, as of May 15th, can purchase a maximum of four tickets.

Phase 6 - Wednesday, May 21st @ 2pm:  General sale - supporters can purchase up to four tickets.

Phase 7 - Thursday, May 22nd from 11am until 5pm: Any remaining tickets will go on sale in-person for one day only for fans that may need extra support in purchasing tickets. (e-tickets, booking fees still apply) Charlton Athletic cannot guarantee it will have tickets available at this time. 

Saturday, May, 24th @ 11am: Tickets go off sale.

Please note reports will be run hourly during the day, so within two hours of purchasing the season ticket you'll have access to purchase your final ticket. *Please note that Valley Gold members will only qualify for priority if they purchased their current membership before Wednesday, April 30th, 2025.

Where can I buy my play-off final tickets?

Tickets will be available to purchase 24 hours a day at booking.cafc.co.uk - the game will only be available for you to purchase once you are logged in and eligible. Should you require any assistance with your online account, please contact us at tickets@cafc.co.uk

I can't log in to my ticketing account?

Please make sure you are trying to access your ticketing account on the club's ticketing website. Click here to visit the club's ticketing website. If you are still having issues logging in then please email tickets@cafc.co.uk. 

How much are the play off final tickets? 

Pricing categories at Wembley Stadium are split into three sections and there is also a concession rate for supporters aged 65 and over as well as for children aged 16 and under. Young adults are 17-21 years. (Under 22) 

Cat 1 - £86.00 Adults, £64.50 Young Adult, £43.00 Conc.

Cat 2 - £67.00 Adults, £50.25 Young Adult, £33.50 Conc.

Cat 3 - £59.00 Adults, £44.25 Young Adult, £29.50 Conc.

Cat 4 - £55.00 Adults, £41.25 Young Adult, £27.50 Conc.

Cat 5 - £41.00 Adults, £30.75 Young Adult, £20.50 Conc.

Cat 6 - £31.00 Adults, £23.25 Young Adult, £15.50 Conc.

I’ve tried to buy tickets through the online ticketing website but I am having difficulties. What should I do?

I am a season ticket holder and I have logged into my account but cannot seem to buy online. What should I do?

If you're a season ticket holder and are unable to purchase tickets online, please check that the Fan ID on your account matches the one on your season ticket card. To view your Fan ID, click on your first name in the top right corner of the website—your 6-digit Fan ID will be displayed there. If the number doesn’t match your season ticket card, you may be logged into a duplicate account. Please email tickets@cafc.co.uk for assistance in accessing the correct account.

I’m an ambulant supporter, how can I purchase tickets?

Ambulant supporters can purchase their tickets online. Charlton Athletic has provided help guides to assist with securing both ambulant and companion tickets. If you require further assistance, please email playoffsupport@cafc.co.uk.

There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for guests with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 31/32.

Please note audio description receivers and mini-induction loops can be collected from one of Wembley’s information booths on the internal concourse on the day of the match.

I’m a wheelchair user, how can I purchase tickets?

Where should I buy tickets if I would like to stand? 

Wembley Stadium has received approval for licensed standing areas as of the 2022-23 season. The standing area is located at the rear of the 3 blocks behind the goals on Level 1, at either end of the Stadium, incorporating around 867 seats. Please purchase tickets in the Standing Area if you wish to stand, as standing is not permitted in any other area of the Stadium. 

Where should I buy tickets if I’m coming with small child?

Wembley Stadium have designated approximately 1650 seats (Blocks 137 to 140 in the West Side) as a Family Area for Charlton Athletic supporters. Tickets in this area are only available to fans that are purchasing 16 and under tickets at a ratio of no more than two adult for one child, at a maximum of three children for every adult ticket.

I don’t own a printer or have access to one. How can I print my tickets for the match?

We recommend that supporters print their tickets in advance. However, if you don’t have access to a printer, your ticket can also be scanned directly from your mobile phone at the stadium.

Are you running a coach service?

Charlton Athletic will be operating a coach service for the Wembley fixture, departing from our regular away match pick-up points as well as our Valley Express locations. Information on coach timings will be published during the week. 

How many tickets can I purchase in one transaction?

Fans can link their ticketing accounts to ensure they sit together, but should be aware that any one supporter can only purchase up to seven tickets per transaction, which could only be done by linking accounts. UPDATE (17/05): The club have followed up on the seven tickets per transaction rule and have successfully had it extended to 12 tickets per transaction.

How can I see how many loyalty points I have?

Log-in to the club's ticketing website. Click on your name in the right-hand corner and it will be under the My Profile section.

I'm a fan that lives abroad and have an annual CharltonTV subscription?
