Charlton Athletic Girls Academy have wrapped up a hugely successful 2024/25 season, showcasing their talent across a number of competitive League and Cup campaigns.
London Cup Finals
The Academy shone in the London FA Girls Cup Finals on Sunday 16th March at Barking FC, appearing in four finals and taking home three trophies.
The Under 12s, in their first season together, narrowly lost 1-0 to a powerful Sittingbourne side. Despite the result, reaching the final was a remarkable achievement for the young Addicks.
The Under 13s edged a thrilling 5-4 win over Sittingbourne in a match packed with goals. Oppong netted twice, with Thomas, Talbot and Cheng also on the scoresheet.
The Under 14s delivered a dominant 7-0 performance against Hinton & Finchley Haringey to retain their title. A standout hat trick from Player of the Match Clements led the charge, supported by goals from Davis, Muddembuga, Gillam and Morgan.
The Under 16s completed the Cup hat-trick for Charlton with a 2-1 victory over AFC Wimbledon. Goals from Emerick and Player of the Match Arijie sealed the win.

League Performances
Playing against the age groups above in the Junior Premier League, Charlton’s teams continued to impress:
The U16s finished runners-up in the U17/18 Division.
The U15s were runners-up in the U16 Division.
The U14s secured 4th place in the U15 Division.
In the Tandridge Boys League, where Charlton play down an age group against technically strong boys' sides:
The U13s were joint winners of Division 2, going unbeaten all season.
The U12s, competing in the U11 Ladder League, finished as one of the top 8 teams out of 80.

Cup Success
The U15s reached the JPL National U16 Cup final, where they were narrowly beaten 3-0 by a strong Wolverhampton Wanderers U16 side.
The U13s celebrated a memorable treble, adding the Tandridge Shield to their collection with a 2-0 win over Santley United Boys. Thomas and Cheng were on target once again.

Internationally, the U14s represented the club in the Heston International Tournament, hosted by QPR and Orange Veins. Facing elite sides from England, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, the team finished 5th – the second-highest placed English side, ahead of both Southampton and QPR.
